Capital & Market Values

You have a major crush on 2 people in your college. Let's call them Cap and Mark. Cap is super smart and successful, and you can't help but be impressed by everything they do. Mark, on the other hand, is really popular and well-liked by everyone, but you're not sure if they're actually all that great.

Cap is like the Capital Value of a property - it's based on how much income it can generate. You're drawn to Cap because they're really financially stable and could provide a lot of security in the long term. They might not be as flashy or exciting as Mark, but you know they're a solid choice for the future.

Mark, on the other hand, is like the Market Value of a property - it's based on what people are willing to pay for it. You're not quite as sure about Mark because they're more of a wild card. They might be popular now, but who knows if that popularity will last? You're worried that if you commit to Mark, you might end up regretting it later on.

In the end, it all comes down to what you're looking for in a relationship (or a property!). If you want stability and a strong foundation, Capital Value might be the way to go. But if you're willing to take a risk and see where things go, Market Value could be worth exploring.

Just remember, you have to be Real (Estate) when it comes to matters of the heart. It's all about finding the right fit for you!
